There is a need to make the society more aware for women empowerment. Women should not consider themselves weak. If women are empowered, then the home, society, country will be empowered. Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Vishwas Sarang said this on Monday while addressing the topic of empowering women and improving more social indicators under the 'Developed India Young Leader' dialogue at GIS. He said that special attention should be given in government and non-government institutions to create a favorable environment for women at their workplace. One has to work with a positive attitude without considering men and women as different. India's culture has been female-dominated. Nidhi Agarwal, Director of Steel Innovation Pvt. Ltd., said that salaries should be given according to skill, not men and women in every institution. She asked to consider the conditions of rural and urban women. Health expert Dr. Priya Bhav Chittawar asked to think about women's health.
