Parth (PARTH-Police and Recruit Training and Hunar) and Yuva Prerak Abhiyan are efforts to connect the youth of the state with skill development, career and employment opportunities.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the Sports Department will organize training programs under the Parth scheme for those youth of the state who want to serve in the army and police. There will be arrangements for their training at 10 places in the state. This institution will be self-funded. In these, the trainees will have to pay a minimum fee.

Dr. Yadav said that the Prime Minister's dream is that by the centenary year of independence in the year 2047, the youth of Hindustan should have a leading role in representing not only the country but the world. He said that the youth power will provide a new direction to the development of the nation. Dr. Yadav said that the presentation of the wonderful confluence of art and artists has filled the mind with joy, which is difficult to describe. There is a feeling of supreme joy in youth power.
